We are very proud to be registered and governed by the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).

Of course! Since you may not be sure about which subject you want to take, we offer FREE trial classes. Your trial class will enable you to learn more about the subject, further your interest and meet to discuss progress expectations with your teacher. 

Fee should be paid 1st Week of every month. Payment received after 10th of the month will be fined 5% of the fee.

You can pay for your lessons by paying online through our secure online payment portal.

Our prices are all subject to VAT as per UAE Federal Decree-Law No. (8) of 2017 on Value Added Tax.

-Tuesday to Friday 10 to 1 pm and 4 to 8 pm

-Saturday and Sunday 9.30 to 6.30 pm

-Monday is Weekly off

Since having a parent in the room distracts the student, we do not permit any parents inside the room. Our teachers need your child to stay focused and free from distractions so that the time spent with the teacher is maximised. 

Parent feedback and support is crucial to your child’s progress. We are giving feedback through phone call, we call it “Parents and Teachers meeting”. We will give you a call every 3 months (February, May, and October), you have 5 minutes time to talk to the teachers. This provides you with an opportunity to be updated on progress, struggles and homework.You will also receive a quarterly Report Card with an update on development and progress.

The more often you take lessons, the greater chance you will have of increasing your skill more quickly. Our teachers recommend that students take lessons a minimum of twice per week or more given the availability of the student and teacher.

We don’t allow the adjustments of the fees. For the missed class we can give compensation class to be finish within the same month. 

Strictly No refundable policy.

Yes! For the missed class we can give make up class to be finish within the same month.  You need to coordinate to the admin.

No we don’t give any make up class for UAE public holiday.

No, you don’t need to pay again the registration fee.

Yes! Written letter or message is essential, or else we won’t guarantee your seat.
